Refund Policy
This policy applies to all donations made to MASPRAM FOUNDATION.
All donations made to MASPRAM FOUNDATION are voluntary and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in case of duplicate payment or technical error.
Any refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
